Delete Account & Data
You have the right to request deletion of your Lottoread account and all personal data associated with it.
How to Request Deletion
Delete directly in the app (recommended)
Open the Lottoread app → Account → Delete Account. Deletion begins immediately and your account will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Request via email
Send a deletion request to privacy@lottoread.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address or user ID associated with your account so we can verify and process your request. We will respond within 5 business days.
What Data Is Deleted
Upon a confirmed deletion request, the following data is permanently removed within 30 days:
- Your account profile (user ID, name, email)
- Scanned lottery ticket history and results
- Generated number history and saved plays
- Notification preferences and FCM push tokens
- Device information linked to your account
- In-app credits and subscription metadata
- Login history and streak data
Data That May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained after deletion for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Transaction records: Purchase history may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance.
- Anonymised analytics: Aggregated, de-identified usage data that cannot be linked back to you.
- Crash and diagnostic logs: Automatically purged within 90 days by Firebase Crashlytics per Google's retention policy.
Important: Active Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Please cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before requesting account deletion to avoid future charges.
